ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
7:00 p.m • Thursday, March 15, 2012

Two times a year the membership of
the National Cleveland Style Polka Hall
of Fame meet to discuss the organization
and future plans. Members are invited
to attend the 2012 Annual Meeting,
7 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2012 ,at
Euclid City Hall.
The spring meeting introduces the
new Trustees, who will serve for the next
three years, as well as the other board
members who are presently on the
Board. The meeting is an opportunity
for members to get an update on events,
finances, committee reports, as well as
express their opinions and give input
to continue a successful organization.
There is a social with refreshments
that follows the meeting, and members
gather with friends, musicians, and
honorees.

ELECTION OF TRUSTEES
The Polka Hall of Fame is accepting
the names of candidates for the three
year term of Trustee, from April 1, 2012
through March 31, 2015 . There are (five) 5 openings.Catagories up for election are Musician,Support/Promotion and (three) 3 At-Large Trustee positions. If you are
interested in running for election as a
trustee, please send in a brief biography,
by no later than Febuary 4, 2012 to Jeannie Somrak-Nominations Commitee C/O

Trustees work on multiple tasks
and committees, such as Nominations,
Awards Show, Fund-Raising and
Archives. The PHOF is a not-forprofit
organization and depends on
its dedicated volunteers and Trustees
to keep functioning.
The trustees whose terms will expire

Ballots for the election of Trustees
will be mailed to members in February
and the results will be announced at the
March 15th meeting.

Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
